The New Krieghoff Semprio

The Krieghoff Semprio - an innovation in gun technology

The Semprio is a prohibited weapon under current UK Firearms Law. The Firearms Act prohibits any pump-action firearm greater than .22 calibre. The wording of the Act defines pump-action as any firearm "that is reloaded by the manual operation of the forend or the forestock of the weapon". We provide this page for the interest of our customers and for the benefit of other Krieghoff customers around the world.

The Semprio introduces a completely new type of repeating rifle with an extremely fast ergonomic system. Repeating is done without changing the hand position. Using the in-line repeating action, firing rates of four targeted shots within four seconds can be achieved.
 
The new Semprio in-line repeating action is one of the rare genuine innovations in gun technology. This impressive concept uses a successful blend of kinetics and ergonomics, producing excellent high-speed repeating.
 
The Semprio repeating rifle, which Krieghoff launched at IWA 2007, is a pioneer of this innovative system. Even though the gun's technology is so modern, the first thing the user notices are the attractively classical lines based on Krieghoff's break-down guns.
