Krieghoff has the rifle to meet the challenge: The CLASSIC "Big Five". It was designed in conjunction with professional hunters and safari experts specifically for hunting dangerous game.
 
This model, the Imperial Classic "Big Five", features refinements found only on best rifles, such as the full length trigger guard ending in a steel grip cap; the extended top strap, all completed in fine scroll engraving. The stock features a traditional english style cheekpiece and grip. Open sights are Express folding leaf with front bead and moon sight.
 
Imperial rifles come with a prefitted Zeiss Diavari scope 1.1 - 4 X 24 with illuminated centre Dot reticule. The scope is mounted on a pivot bridge mount for convenience.

The Zeiss Diavari scope and pivot bridge mount. The mount allows rapid detachment and re-attachment of the scope without affecting zero. This scope, with 1.1 - 4 magnification and centre illuminated red dot, is quicker to use than open sights and lengthens the day at either end by means of the excellent light gathering power of the scope.
