Please Read Carefully the Full Booking Terms & Conditions for the Event before booking.
Alan Rhone Ltd and Mid Wales Shooting Centre("The Organisers" of the Event) stipulate the following terms and conditions for to the Krieghoff Classic DTL 2011.
Bookings can be made by fax, email, post or via our website.
Booking by any of the above methods does not automatically constitute confirmation of a place. Upon payment, The Organiser's will confirm receipt of your entry with an acknowledgment displayed onscreen once your payment details have been accepted. The Organisers will then confirm all bookings in writing or by email on receipt of a completed booking form and payment in full. Booking reservations without payment in full will be held for a limited time period and cannot be guaranteed.
The Organiser's reserve the right to choose not to accept your details for any reason, at their discretion, and will not be liable to You or anyone else in those circumstances.
First-Come, First-Served
When booking, please note that places are allocated on a first come, first-served basis.
Therefore, please be aware that there may be occurrences where more than one person wanting the same slot will be booking at the same time online. The first confirmed booking that is processed (with payment received in full) will be given priority. We will contact any entrants that have conflicting slots as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.
Within 72 hours after booking via any of the methods stated above, your name will appear online next to the starting time, bank and trap number that you have chosen.
All entry fees must be paid in full at time of booking.
Re-assignment of booking
Customers can re-assign their booking to another entrant & must be notified not later than one week before the start of the event. An administration fee of £25.00 is payable.
Late bookings
The Organisers will be accepting bookings up to the day before the Event you wish to book. Cancellations
Written cancellations received before the 18th April will receive a full refund less £25 administration charge. Cancellations received after the 18th April and before 23rd May will incur 30% administration charge, after the 23rd May or failure to attend the event without prior written notification will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. |
Special requirements
The Organisers is committed to meeting the needs of all entrants and will try to ensure any special requirements for the event are fully met subject to reasonable prior notice. Please state your request at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Limitation of liability
The Organisers does not accept responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered while attending events unless it is directly due to negligence on its part.
The Organisers does not accept responsibility for any loss that you occur as a result of you attending the event.
The Organisers reserves the right to amend or cancel any event or event times and dates. This includes content and programme. In the unlikely occurrence of an event cancellation, The Organisers will return any payments received in full.
The Organisers will not, however, refund any costs incurred as a result of this cancellation.
