The New Krieghoff Classic Champion - Jim Doherty
The Krieghoff Classic 2011 was won in great fashion this year, which topped off an all round excellent shoot, with the weather holding up for most of it, and some perfect scores being shot on every day of the competition. The Main Event Shoot-Off, and climax of the shoot, was one to remember. Jim Doherty, winner of Sunday's competition, shot a 100/300 on the day, and won the Sunday's shoot-off against Paul Chaplow and Shane Smith, with another 100/300, to face Saturday's winner Eric Davies in the Final Shoot-Off. Alot of people stayed until the very end to watch them shoot-off for the trophy, and continuing his day's perfect performance, Jim shot another perfect line to take the victory.
Well Done to Jim Doherty on becoming the 2011 Krieghoff Classic Champion.

Important Information - Krieghoff Classic 2012 Make sure you make a note in your calendar for next year's Krieghoff Classic. Due to the Bank Holiday being on the 4th of June in 2012, the shoot is moving to Thursday 31st May to Sunday 3rd June, and will be held at Mid-Wales Shooting Centre.
