The Krieghoff Sporting Masters 2017 is Back! The Second Year is set to follow the success of last year to be one of the best Sporting Events of the season.
The event will be held at Westfield Shooting Ground on 19th and 20th August 2017. This year, there are two 9-Stand-Courses, each with 80 birds per course. You will shoot both courses, starting with stand 1 and working your way through the 9 stands on each course. A total of 160 birds set over 18 stands all together.

At the conclusion of the competition on Sunday the 1st Place of each class, AAA, AA, A, B and C will go head to head in Super- Final shoot off to determine positions. All competitors in the shoot-off start on zero, the score achieved in the competition will not count towards the score in the shoot-off.
Prize Fund Pay-out is as follows:
Prize Funds for Super-Final
1st - £1,500 + 1,500 Hull Pro One High Performance Cartridges
2nd - £1,250 + 1,000 Hull Pro One High Performance Cartridges
3rd - £1,000 + 750 Hull Pro One High Performance Cartridges
4th - £750 + 500 Hull Pro One High Performance Cartridges
5th - £500 + 500 Hull Pro One High Performance Cartridges
These five shooters will not receive Class money in addition, that money stays in the Class and will be paid to the remaining class winners.
If any competitor is not present at the shoot off they will automatically take 5th place. If more than one competitor is not present positions will be decided by toss of coin between 4th & 5th and so on. There will be no add and divide. If only one winner is present that shooter will automatically take 1st place.
Please note, if Class winners do not feel the prize fund is worth being there for the Super-Final shoot off, that is their right but it will negatively impact on future sponsorship of events.

(Cartridges will be held at Westfield SG for 1 month after the shoot. After this they will be returned to Hull Cartridge)
Krieghoff Service
We will be able to carry out service work and repairs on Krieghoff K-80's at the event. There is a limited amount of space available so please get in contact with us to book your gun in with us.
Just to make you aware when booking a Service, it takes approximately 2 hours which means we cannot do it in the time between shooting courses. We can do it before you start or after you have finished, earliest service booking time is 09:00 and last time is 15:00.

Getting There
A Fantastic location with easy access from all compass points. The terrain here is typical of the Cotswolds, sloping hills, small coppices of trees, stone walls, valleys and a disused railway line for added interest.

Directions to the ground:
From the M5 North or South:
Exit at 11a, follow the A417 dual carriageway up the hill to the Air Balloon Pub roundabout, straight over onto the A436. Follow this road for roughly 3 miles to the Seven Springs roundabouts and Hungry Horse Pub, Turn left then and the second roundabout right onto A436. Follow this road for another 3 miles to traffic lights, turn left onto A40, past garage and at lights turn right back onto A436. Westfield SG is a further 4.5 miles on your left.
From the M42 or M40:
Exit M42 onto M40, follow to J15 Warwick, exit here and take the 4th exit onto A429 Cirencester. Follow the A429 for roughly 25 miles, through
Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold to Bourton on the Water. At the traffic lights on the A429 go straight over then after 500m turn right onto A436 to Cheltenham, Westfield SG is a further 4 miles on your right.
From the M4:
Exit at J15 onto the A417 towards Swindon, follow this road until you reach the exit for Cirencester A429, take the slip road off and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit, next roundabout straight over, traffic lights turn left onto the A429 towards Stow on the Wold. After 11 miles a roundabout on the A40, straight over, Pass Farmington Quarry on your right, then a further 2 miles turn left onto A436 to Cheltenham (B&C Saunders Garage on the left), Westfield SG is a further 4 miles on your right.
From Cheltenham:
Follow the ring road signs to A40 Oxford, as you leave Cheltenham you will come through a row of shops known as Six Ways and Chalrton Kings, carry on the A40 following signs for A40 Oxford, stay on A40 pass the reservoir, up the Dowdeswell Hill, short dual carriageway then a set of lights, turn left onto A436. Westfield SG is a further 4.5 miles on your left.
